Validating Isuzu UTE’s commitment to reliability and customer service, the latest Roy Morgan reports placed the brand as the leading automotive brand for customer satisfaction—achieving an overall Customer Satisfaction score of 94.9% across the 12 months. This not only places IUA as the leading automotive brand across the year, but declares it the winner of the ‘Best of the Best’ Award for 2020—achieving the highest customer satisfaction of all 40 winners.
As Australia’s largest independent research company, Roy Morgan has over 75 years’ experience in collecting objective and independent information from consumers and sets the standard for market research in Australia and around the world. It therefore comes as no surprise that their Customer Satisfaction Awards are held in high regards for brands all over the country.
“As the results declare, Isuzu UTE has satisfied customers on an impressive level in 2020 with the vehicle manufacturer achieving an average customer satisfaction rating of 94.9% and goes a step further by securing Roy Morgan’s ‘Best of the Best’ title at the Annual Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards,” said Chief Executive Officer of Roy Morgan, Michele Levine.
“This not only speak volumes about the reliability and durability of Isuzu vehicles but also about the support team that works day in and day out to ensure their drivers are satisfied with their owner experience,” she said.
Collected by conducting interviews with consumers across Australia, the data within the latest report is used to determine the monthly and annual winners of the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards across a number of different categories. The winner for the full calendar year is the organisation that achieves the most months with a number one ranking in their category. This is made all the more satisfying as businesses cannot ‘enter themselves’ in the awards, and there is no fee to pay—simply put, if enough customers tell Roy Morgan they're satisfied, then that brand will be in the running.
