Isuzu UTE Australia is proud to continue our long-standing partnership with the Daniel Morcombe Foundation, supporting their mission to keep kids safe. To mark the Foundation’s 20th Anniversary, we invite you to join the 4WD for Daniel event at Double Island Point, QLD on the 25th, 26th, and 27th of October 2025, just one week before the Day for Daniel (31st October). 

This unique event offers the chance to honour Daniel, support child safety initiatives, and experience expert sand-driving training in your D-MAX or MU-X, in one of Queensland’s most stunning coastal locations.

Double Island Point is located in the Great Sandy National Park and is considered an icon of the Cooloola Recreation Area due to the mesmerising views along the beach.

Please note cable-ferry transfers ($16 each way) are not included. Pre-book yours online here

THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL

The day will be made up of both essential 4x4 theory and plenty of time on the beach. At the start of the day, all drivers will attend a short presentation by our accredited 4WD trainer. Once drivers arrive at the beach they’ll be put to the test, gaining practical skills and a new level of confidence with their 4WD abilities.

WHO'S INVITED

This one-day event is open to all Isuzu 4x4 owners in Queensland. Perfect for beginners, but a great day out no matter what your skill level.

The event fee covers two people, preferably both licenced drivers, and all participants are to be strictly 12 years or over to suit the event activities of the day. The proceeds from ticket sales for this event will be donated to the Daniel Morcombe Foundation.

No pets are allowed at the event.
