Since 2016, Isuzu UTE Australia has proudly partnered with one of Australia’s favourite TV-fishermen, Mark Berg, as he journeys to Australia’s most-iconic fishing destinations—sharing his search for the most elusive game fish on his hit series, ‘Mark Berg’s Fishing Addiction’.

Premiering on the 3rd of May, 2020, the 12th season of ‘Mark Berg’s Fishing Addiction’ will see Mark make the shift from his dependable Isuzu D-MAX 4x4 ute to a top of the range Isuzu MU-X 4x4 SUV. Looking to add some variety to the proven TV-show formula, this new season will see Mark drive the MU-X with his trailer-boat in tow, to some of Australia’s most revered locations alongside his Fishing Addiction members, who are also on the hunt for that ever-elusive fish of a lifetime.

“Over the last 12 seasons I have been lucky enough to not only turn my passion for casting a line into a career, but I have also had the opportunity to do so alongside like-minded friends and viewers of the show who share the same passion,” Mark Berg said. 

“Having the opportunity to surprise my viewers with these trips of a lifetime would not be the same without a reliable vehicle to get us there. I am thrilled to be able to jump into the MU-X, take the boat out to some of the country’s most prime fishing spots and continue to create an entertaining and informative approach to a lifestyle so treasured by Australians,” he proudly concluded.

Season 12 will see Mark set off on some extraordinary expeditions around the country, including Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory and the Great Barrier Reef—taking his viewers every step of the way, whether they are on the couch at home or in the boat alongside him.

Unique to the Fishing Addiction show, Mark Berg has been lucky enough to surprise more than 100 of his Fishing Addiction members by giving them the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to wet a line in some of the best fishing locations in Australia.
