The driving force behind the family, Deb is an architect by trade who is inspired by the practicality and beauty of nature. She loves the outdoors as it reminds her of her childhood, but also because she loves to find the connection between nature and design. A very logical person, with a practical personality she is always looking for ways to share her love of adventure and the outdoors with her family.
Dave owns a small construction business and is a real people person. He loves his team at work but most importantly, he loves his team at home! Every weekend he ensures he spends time with the kids. From teaching Emily to drive, taking Zack to AFL practice and ensuring Brooke has her gear for horse riding he is the Dad on the go!
Just like most 16 year olds, Emily is ready for her independence. However, she still has much to learn from Mum and Dad. From going to the gym with Mum to driving lessons with Dad, although she would not admit it, she enjoys spending time with her family. Emily is currently learning to drive and once she is allowed, Emily would like to have a go at towing a horse float!
Zack is 13 years old and already is even more sports mad than his Dad! He has big ambitions for what he wants to be when he grows up. An AFL star, a surfing legend, a basketball pro, the list goes on! When Zack and his Dad head out for a boy’s weekend, you can bet the tray of the D-MAX will be packed with sports gear!
Brooke is 9 years old and is the cheekiest, but also the most caring of the Wayman children. She is an animal lover and (besides Max the family dog) her favourite animals are horses. Outside of the family camping trips, horse riding is her favourite thing to do!
The most adorable member of the Wayman family, Max’s favourite activity is camping with the rest of the family and feeling the breeze on his face when sitting in the tray of the ute.
