ABOUT THE DAY

4WDing adventures grant us access to some of the most breathtaking landscapes, and with this privilege comes a responsibility to protect and preserve the natural beauty that surrounds us. The Isuzu UTE 4WD Clean Up Australia Day Event is your chance to be part of a community dedicated to leaving our tracks and campsites cleaner than we found them. The Isuzu UTE 4WD Clean Up Australia Day Event will be held at the spectacular Double Island Point, QLD on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of March 2024, which aligns with the National Clean Up Australia Day weekend. Join us on this day to gain theoretical and practical knowledge of sand driving in your D-MAX or MU-X and to make a meaningful contribution to the preservation of our environment.

Double Island Point is located in the Great Sandy National Park and is considered an icon of the Cooloola Recreation Area due to the mesmerising views along the beach.

Please note cable-ferry transfers ($10 each way) are not included. Detailed information on how to obtain this will be sent with your confirmation.

WHO'S INVITED

This one-day event is open to all Isuzu 4x4 owners in Queensland. Perfect for beginners, but a great day out no matter what your skill level.

The event fee covers two people, preferably both licenced drivers, and all participants are to be strictly 12 years or over to suit the event activities of the day. No pets are allowed at the event.

The day will be made up of essential 4x4 theory, beach driving and a positive, practical clean up action. At the start of the day, all drivers will attend a short presentation by our accredited 4WD trainer. Once drivers arrive at the beach they’ll be put to the test, gaining practical skills and a new level of confidence with their 4WD abilities.
