TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Bonus offer only applicable to Isuzu UTE original new or dealer demonstrator D-MAX owners where they refer a buddy whose successful purchase and delivery of a new Isuzu D-MAX or Isuzu UTE dealer demonstrator vehicle occurs before 30/06/2012. The Buddy Bonus Claim Form must be submitted within 90 days of the date stated on original purchase contract of the referred buddy, should this form not be submitted on time it is up to Isuzu UTE Australia's discretion as to whether they deem appropriate to process or not. Buddy Bonus promotion applicable only to Private, Sole Trader, Primary Producer and National Fleet customer sales only. Promotion is not available to Government Fleet customers. Only one Buddy Bonus of $200 in total is applicable per referred buddy, not applicable per vehicle purchased. A referred buddy can only be claimed once by one original new or Isuzu UTE dealer demonstrator D-MAX owner. In the case of two claims for the same referred buddy only the first processed claim will be accepted. Promotion only available at participating Isuzu UTE dealers. Isuzu UTE Australia reserves the right to verify the validity of claims and claimants. If this offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Isuzu UTE Australia and Isuzu UTE dealers, Isuzu UTE Australia reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, extend, suspend, terminate or cancel the offer without prior notice, as appropriate. The Isuzu D-MAX Buddy Bonus promotion is open to all residents of Australia except employees and families of Isuzu UTE Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 80 129 563 739)("Promoter"), Isuzu UTE dealers and associated companies. Not available in conjunction with any other promotion and/or offer. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into during and/or after the promotion. Please allow up to 30 days for processing. Liability for any tax arising out of participation in this offer is the sole responsibility of the claimant. Claimants should seek independent financial advice in this regard. The $200 Buddy Bonus will be awarded as two D-MAX debit cards, a $100 D-MAX debit card for the referring owner and a $100 D-MAX debit card for the referred buddy.

PRIZES:

• A trip for two to attend the 2012 Isuzu Festival in Thailand, including two return economy class air tickets to Bangkok Thailand, return hotel transfers, four nights twin share accommodation at a four star hotel in Bangkok, two VIP passes to the Isuzu Festival and all meals during official functions.
• Total prize value: $4076 including GST.

CONDITIONS:

1. The promotional period commences at 9am AEST on 1/10/11 and final entries close at 5pm AEST on 31/3/12 ("Promotional Period").
2. Current owners of an Isuzu D-MAX vehicle who refer a 'buddy' to the Promoter are eligible to submit a claim form if their buddy purchases an Isuzu D-MAX vehicle in accordance with the terms of the Buddy Bonus promotion which are downloadable at www.isuzuute.com.au/buddybonus.
3. Claim forms will require the customer's name, address, phone number, email address, and other detailed information.
4. Each valid claim form submitted by a customer is also added to a tally for that customer. The customer who submits the highest number of valid claim forms during the Promotional Period will win the Prize.
5. In the event that two or more customers submit the same number of valid claim forms, the winner and a runner-up will be determined by a random draw of those customers to be conducted at 4pm AEST on 02/04/12 at the Promoter's premises, 929 Kingsford Smith Drive, Eagle Farm QLD 4009.
6. The Prize winner will be contacted by phone and email at 5pm AEST on 02/04/12.
7. The first initial, surname and State/Territory of the Prize winner will be published in The Australian newspaper on 06/04/12.
8. The Prize winner must be able to travel sometime during June/July 2012 with precise dates to be advised to the winner at least two months in advance. If the winner is unable to travel, the runner-up will be awarded the Prize with the runner-up contacted by phone and published in The Australian newspaper as soon as possible. A reference in these conditions to the "winner" hereinafter includes reference to the runner-up, if applicable.
9. The winner and their chosen travel partner agree that the Promoter has the right to publish their names, images and other information for marketing purposes.
10. The winner and their chosen travel partner are advised to obtain travel insurance. Travel insurance is not included in the Prize.
11. The Prize is not transferable nor redeemable for cash.

13. Information regarding how to enter, how to claim and details of the prize form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these conditions of entry.
14. Entry is only open to Australian permanent residents aged 18 years or over, excluding the directors, management and employees of the Promoter and its related companies, dealerships and agencies (and their immediate families).
15. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every participant. No correspondence will be entered into.
16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, deletion, theft, destruction, delivery failure or otherwise.
17. Entrants must notify the Promoter if their contact details change during the Promotional Period.
18. The Promoter may require winners to validate their identity and other details at any time prior to being eligible to claim a prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
19. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions of any relevant authority.
20. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify entry from any person, and prohibit that person's further participation in this Promotion, who tampers with, or benefits from any tampering with, the process or the operation of the Promotion, acts in violation of these terms and conditions, acts in a disruptive manner, or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
21. In the event of the Prize not being accepted or claimed within 3 months of the completion of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further draw at 4pm AEST on 02/07/12 at 929 Kingsford Smith Drive, Eagle Farm QLD 4009. The winner of the redrawn Prize will be notified by telephone and email as soon as practicable after they have been drawn. The names and state/territory of residence of the winner of any unclaimed prize will be published in The Australian on 06/07/12. If the June/July 2012 Isuzu Festival in Thailand has already taken place, or the redrawn winner is unable to travel at short notice, the redrawn winner may travel to the next Isuzu Festival in Thailand, precise dates of which will be advised to the redrawn winner at least two months in advance.
22. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this Promotion and/or any aspect of the Prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
23. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of the competition results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office's stated view that where the parties are at arm's length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
24. All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information selected entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and to contact entrants that have opted in for offers and promotions or information regarding the Promoter's products or those of its promotional partners or associated companies and agencies. The Promoter may disclose selected entrants' personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion or communicating with selected entrants and to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names may be published as required under the relevant legislation. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. By contacting the Promoter, entrants can request access to the personal information the Promoter holds about them and/or request not to be contacted by the Promoter and/or its associated companies or agencies for marketing purposes.
